Used Patch and messed up - absolute disaster - "help?"

Hi Gang,

I messed up on my update to the latest CP patch / release in that I tried to update via importing and activating the patch instead of the FTP dragging over. I have a huge database that I cannot lose and have my hosting company on it but if anyone has ANY advice them I would be MOST greatful. As an idiot I have no backup of the DB but it should not be corrupted.

I need to get back all the info (honestly) or I am dead.
