user can not modify his ad

How an user can modify is ad
When i'm connect with an user count and i try to modify for example the price of my ad here's what's happened
- first message :Your ad has been successfully updated and awaiting approval.
-when a return back to my dashboard the ad is active and nothing's change
When i'm connect with my admin count and i try to modify my ad everything's work
Where's the problem ?
