    User cannot update profile

    I'm using 3.2.1 and for some reason users cannot update their profile. The "update profile" button doesn't even appear at the bottom. I'm not sure, but I think this may have started occurring after the latest WordPress update. I've disabled plugins and can't seem to find any that are in conflict. The "update profile" button does however work from my admin account. Any help?
