User Login Problems

Hey all

Having reports from some users that they can't login they get an error saying error invalid username forgotten your password? cookies are blocked or not supported by their browser.

Now i've asked them to try different browsers and they get the same problem in them all firefox ie and chrome.

I know this must be a widespread problem as i get people doing password reminders all the time but i can't replicate it myself even on my smartphone all very odd!
