Thread: "User registration is currently not allowed"

"User registration is currently not allowed"

When a new user clicks on "join Now" on the front of my site, they are taken to "Login", but there is a message (in red) that says "User registration is currently not allowed". How do I change/fix that?

Also, where do I find the place to edit the "sign up form" for members?
