    Vouchers and featured items

    I've created a voucher that allows for a 100% discount. However I want this to apply to the ad, not the featured item listing. I want to give people a 100% off voucher, but then get them to pay for the featured listing. A 100% voucher appears to include the whole price. Can this be changed?
