website not working on iPhone - not talking about setting up mobile webpage

I can use my iphone to view my website (NOT mobile version, which is fine) and even click on some posted items to see the description. I have to zoom in (which is fine), however, I can't seem to post an ad. When I click on "post an ad" it takes me to page that says " An Error Has Occurred" - "This ad has already been published or you do not have permission to activate this ad. Please contact the site admin if you are experiencing any issues."

How can I correct this issue?

Again, I seem to be able to surf around on the website just fine using my phone. I can even log in. However, I can't post an ad. Please help.
