What is the best way of using an outsourcer to create a base of ads

I'm setting up a new classified site (with classipress) and want to give 1,000 or so people a free classified ad and am happy to get my outsource person to copy and paste the ads across from other sites for them for free. But if only 1 person creates the first 1,000 ads, they are all registered to the one person with the one email address as contact. Is there a way to do this quicker than setting up a new user account, posting one ad, then setting up a new user account, posting one ad etc?

Any ideas to speed this up would be really helpful.
