What is reset.css
I have a plugin that tells me people who have been and who are on my site.
I keep seeing links like this.

The thing that concerns me is if you visit that link, it messes up the site for anyone looking. what is it and what gets me is I cant figure out why people are being referred to it.
I think it came in with the last upgrade.
