what to do with spam users?

Ok,

So I have the reCaptcha activated and running.. Seems to be doing it's job fairly well, but the other day I noticed a few new users with gibberish usernames.. so i plugged the emails they provided into google and found they've been flagged as spam users.

Question is.. What do I do with them? Just delete them? Find their ip and block it (if so where do i find that)? Not tariably concerned.. just curious how many "true" users i have signed up... right now there's less than 100 on the site so I feel comfortable going through and looking up the ones that look fake.

Suggestions?

Also, Is there a way to only allow people from the US (since that's all im catering to at this point)? Is that a bad Idea?
