    When new ad send email to admin with payment method and if coupon used - how

    Hi I need to know what payment method was used and if coupon was used in the email sent when a user places an ad so I can work out approval. No orders show up in admin and no method of payment shows up in ad listings. There must be a way to do this in email template - can you please direct me to manually change.
