Why isn't anyone responding?!
Hi,
I started a thread 2 weeks ago concerning the problems I've had with the Refine Search feature which
has been a significant issue for me but no one has responded at all since then. Not even a single line to
say 'we are looking into it' or something of the sort. I don't think its a nice way to treat customers.
