Would like "State" and "City" to display in ad post next to time of ad post?

I would like to know if there is a way to have State and City of ad display next to the time of post? I have the Dynamic multi-level plugin from themebound and i require state and city for all new ads. i would like that information to be available in the ad post next to the time of the post below the price tag that way people can see the location of the ad without having to click the ad that is not even close to their area. i get ads from all across the usa so i really need to make it easier some how. i already have advance plugin as well but i still would just like the state and city show so people can browse alot easier. it there a way?
