Coupon link not working - permalinks problem

Hi

My site is on a Windows server. I get a "The page cannot be found" error whenever I click on the COUPON code link button..

EG the link behind the coupon code is http://www.mydomain.com/go/12-off-laptops/21 and it gives me a "The page cannot be found" error.

I've set the permlinks to the first setting http://www.mydomain.com/?p=123 because that's the only one that seems to work with the rest of the pages on the site.

I've edited the permalinks, saved and resaved and this doesn't help.

I can't edit the .htaccess file because it's a Windows hosting account.

Any other advice anyone can offer?
