Coupons on Homepage & Store Pages Showing Expired Before End of Day

First, I have the latest Clipper, 1.6.1. If I set a coupon to expire on 9/3, it expires before the end of 9/3 as compared to the local time setting within Wordpress. Here are some things to note:

1.) On the individual coupon page, the coupon does not state it is expired and is in fact shows active until it should.
2.) On the Store page, the coupon in question is moved to the "unreliable" coupon section, aka expired section.
3.) On the homepage it shows up, but with the "this coupon is expired" note.

Effectively this makes coupons lose hours of their potential usage, deterring legitimate sales for perfectly good coupons. This means revenue lost ofr all of us...making this BUG urgent to fix.

What is weird is, the individual coupon page is not showing it expired while it is everywhere else. Why is that, why is the individual coupon correctly pulling the time while the homepage and store pages not? Please advise on a fix!
