Expired coupon even with 2017 expiration date

Hi there,

I purchased Clipper and Koupon yesterday and installed both in my wordpress site. I have added one coupon which i know is 100% active and doesn't expire. I have tried it without an expiration date and with a 2017 expiration date and it still shows as expired on the page how do I resolve this issue?! I'm also having other multiple issues but without fixing this one my site is absolutely useless! Please inform me how to fix this, Thanks!
