    Modify LANGUAGE in Clipper 1.2.3

    Hello
    can I change the language in this version 1.2.3?
    In the old version were present files .PO and .MO...but now I can't find it.
    It seems (to me) that the English language has been placed directly in the PHP code .... is not it?
