    Require down votes to be approved first

    How do you monitor malicious down voters? Some clown down voted down all the coupons in a store the other day. There is no alert sent so I had no idea when or why this was done.

    Can you force monitoring of votes? If not how do I disable the voting icon in each coupon? I would rather have them 'report a problem', which is monitored for approval.
