Store Image Not Showing Up on New Listing

A user has submitted a new coupon to my site, but his store image is not showing up next to the coupon. I checked to see that the url to his website was checkmarked in the store section of the edit coupon page. I also tried re-submitting the coupon, making sure his website was included when signing up.
However, there is only a generic "Clipper" image next to his coupon regardless of what I do.

It's my understanding that Clipper uses the homepage of the user's website as the image that goes next to the coupon.

You will see that one of the user's image is working, but the other two are not.
