Store thumbnails and categories disappeared!

Hi,
Not sure what triggered this but all of a sudden I check the site and the thumbnails and categories both disappeared
There is still a admin login active for you guys on my site http://www.couponsmadness.com/

if you look in your last private messages (from a while ago) you'll find the password. Else whoever replies I can send it to you.
Is this possible due to database corruption?
I tried running Repair on the database but that hasn't resolved anything.
I can give you cpanel login too if you need.
