    2 basic features missing in the theme - i am completely unable to use the site

    there are two basic features missing which should have been in the core
    1. Freelancers not searchable by skills - they are searchable by name. this is like a joke. If a company needs to search a freelancer and could search by name , why would the company search at the freelancer site? Wouldn't they directly contact the freelancer knowing the name or contact them at linkedin?
    2. Freelancers not contactable directly. This is another basic feature missing. Why would a company come back to our site if they are unable to contact freelancer?
