    Escrow error - immediate refund to employer on project cancelled

    Hi.
    I was testing out the escrow function on my live site with a live Paypal API.
    I made all the needed settings for escrow. See attached.

    When I cancelled the escrow project, PayPal made an immediate refund to me as an employer.
    When I checked the freelancer's workspace, it did not give the freelancer an opportunity to dispute the cancellation.
    It only gave the REVIEW option.

    Please help.
