Following unnecessary e-mails for the provider
Hi Jomark
When the employer receives 3 offers for example.
He takes a first provider, but this one cancels the work, the employer also cancels to obtain the refund of his funds. There is no problem of emails between the 2 parties (emails off the site).
The employer reopens his project. He takes a second provider (2nd offer) and unfortunately the same thing happens. The provider cancels the job, the employer also cancels to obtain the reimbursement of his funds. In terms of emails between these 2 people, there is no problem too.
The problem is that the first provider is aware that the employer reopens his project, takes a provider again to do the job and that the employer cancels his project. This is good if the provider likes to hear from his former employer but the very serious problem is for the email he receives.
Here is this e-mail:
Hello SYLVAIN,
User Anna has just updated the project AAA status to: canceled.
You can now review Anna on the AAA project.
Since the project is not considered complete, the owner is entitled to a full refund.
Regards
The team.
Indeed, this e-mail asks him to put a review, what he has already done and then he will wonder why she is reimbursed because he has not done anything with the employer.
Note that if the second provider does like the first provider, the employer will reopen his project and if the third provider is also like the other 2. The above e-mail will go again to the first provider and also to the 2nd provider.
When it's over with a provider, he should not have any news.
I hope you understand. This happens every time the employer cancels their project and re-opens it, all the service providers (former service providers with whom it is finished) receive this e-mail.
Thank you !
