Anna has submitted a project and Sylvain has made an offer.
Anna chose Sylvain (freelancer) but he declined and withdrew.One imagines that he had an impediment and withdrew (he had not seen that he was not free).
Anna has re-opened her project to find someone else, but in the meantime, Sylvain's situation has changed and he has changed his offer.
When he clicks on : modify his offer, the URL states that the page is not found (error 404) ----> page not found, while everything is working well.
The developers must make sure that this does not display this error.
