    Incorrect validation of field Amount when editing a proposal with Brazilian currency

    Incorrect validation of field Amount when editing a proposal with Brazilian currency.
    The message "Please enter a valid number." when informing 14,50 (Reais R$) even if "Payment Settings -> Thousand Separator = ." and "Payment Settings -> Decimal Separator = ,".
