making proposal doubles credits used
Walking through some QA testing and noticed this:
Created dummy users and a sample project on my site. New users are given 5 credits when they register. I have it set to cost 1 credit to make a proposal, and 3 credits to make the proposal featured.
When making a proposal, it shows the balance of 5 credits (that's fine) and a cost of one credit to make the proposal. This should leave 4 credits.
However, when I look in the remaining balance for the user, it shows 3 credits remaining....it burned 2 credits.
I also checked making a featured proposal, and it doubles the credits used there, too. For example - submitting a proposal (1 credit) and making it featured (3 credits) should burn 4 credits. But instead, it uses 8 credits.
