Notification errors

Hi.
I need to highlight the following errors in the notifications in the user dashboard. Please see attached.

1. there is an error with the sorting of notifications according to the time. Notifications are not properly sorted per the required timing.

2. there is no notification to the seller that the buyer has updated the project to Incomplete. There is no notification on the option for the seller to open a dispute and the deadline to do so. This notification is critical since there is a deadline to do so and there is a financial implication to do so. We cannot just rely on the seller checking the project status on the dashboard.

Please get the developers to check and fix the issue.
