Profile social icons tooltips are not what they should be

We are experiencing an issue with our tool tips for the social icons on a users profile. The website icon works as expected 100% of the time. However, for Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter, the tool tips are being overwritten by whichever icon you hovered over first.

For example: If you go to a person's profile and start from the left to the right hovering over the icons, Website has the correct tooltip, Facebook has the correct tool tip, but then Twitter and LinkedIn both have a Facebook tooltip. Similarly, starting from right to left, when you hover over LinedIn, the tool tip is correct, but Twitter and Facebook also have the LinkedIn tooltip. The website tooltip is still correct. Looking at the code, the title attribute is being set to the title of the APP_Socal_Network object. The markup shows the correct tooltip information in the title attribute, but the displayed tool tip does not reflect what is in the markup.
