    Project custom form show a text field twice

    bug after bug
    In a custom text field (see picture1) this field is only ones shown
    In the project (see 2. picture) this one field is shown twice?
    how come?
    ....

    does nobody else have these problems? As well the thread I started with multiply choice of radio buttons?
