    Sub Category on a continuous loop

    Hi.
    One of my users is facing a problem with selecting the subcategory when posting a project.
    When she has selected the main category, the subcategory section shows the error continously in a circle and the items in the subcategory does not get displayed.
    She tested it with IE and Chrome on a PC and a laptop and had the same problem.

    I have tried it on different browsers and different computers and do not have the problem.

    What are some possible causes from her side for the issue?
    What are some things the user will need to check from her side?
