Translation of language pack 1.3 not complete because 1.3.3 update

Hi,

first of all, thanks for the wonderful themes that you build. They are great!

My problem: currently I'm translating Hirebee to Dutch, but I ran in to a problem. Some strings don't translate. I have browsed the forums and concluded that it might have to do with the language pack being 1.3 while the installed version of Hirebee I have is 1.3.3. Is it true that the language packs aren't yet up to date with the latest version?
