Upper Case Letters Not Allowed in Username

It is happening in Hirebee, too. I've disabled all my plugins and it still doesn't allow usernames to contain uppercase letters.

This is the error code:

ERROR: This username is invalid because it uses illegal characters. Please enter a valid username.
