When sending proposal decision: Warning: Creating default object from empty value

When sending proposal decision, I get:

Warning: Creating default object from empty value in /home4/patyb/public_html/wp-content/themes/hirebee/includes/template-tags-user.php on line 588
    The page looks messed up

I reinstalled the 1.3.6 version of Hirebee which fixed a lot of new issues I was experiencing since I upgraded, but here I hit a snag. This happened in Firefox 46.0.1.
