I just set up a new Jobroller site and all is well except for two small things:

in IE the people who are pasting (presumably from WORD) are getting dialogue in IE browsers like so: <!--[if !supportLists]-->· <!--[endif]-->

as seen here: Therese Romano 2011 | Christian Radio Careers

I am wonderinf if the code needs a space after and before the "--" as that would make it a valid comment....

Also- when someone uploads a resume as a file, such as a .doc or .docx, is it not downloadable as same?
