Add Image to home page jobroller v1.2.1

my new site i am building is http://www.zaukjobs.com/

i want to have 5 jobs show on home page in centre of site. will set this to 5 in settings screen

2-
i want to load an image into centre of site to appoear under the 5 jobs.

question is where do i insert the code for the image?

which file do i edit or do i add to css?
