    Add New Custom Email Field?

    Hi,

    When registered Job Listers (Employers) publish jobs, they enter their email address that they would like to receive the Job Seekers Cover Letter / Resume. However, when the site admin aggregates and re-posts jobs from other sources, and a registered Job Seeker applies to it, the Job Seekers Resume gets sent to the site admin inbox.

    PROBLEM...Obviously the goal is not to collect resume's, but to route the Job Seekers Resume to the proper recipients inbox. Is there a way to add a new custom email field that could be populated by the site admin with an email address other than their own?
