Adding some HR tools to Jobroller

Hi,

I tried to post this thread in Jobroller request features but it seems to be closed.

Is there a way to add some very useful HR tools to JobRoller? One of the main problem in a Job Board is that Job Seekers who does not have the required skills or number of years of experience apply to Jobs. So this make a huge number of applications simply irrelevant to Recruiters.

An oher way to doing it, is to interface Jobroller with such exisiting HR tools in the Market.

Any projects in this way?
