Admin panel not accessible

HI,
I began to receive this error yesterday everytime I try to get to the admin panel. I am not sure what is happening. I need to get this fixed ASAP. Any ideas?

I was thinking maybe that Wordpress update came out and perhaps that is the issue. If it is, how would I resolve it?
