Apply On-line not working - Sometimes!

No matter what I try in the WP admin, I cannot get the apply on-line button to appear. This started about a month ago. 90% of jobs posted are fine, but 10% do not show Apply on-line button.

Jobs are added to the site by another user who fills in the HOW TO APPLY section. If I want the Apply On-line button I delete the HOW TO APPLY section in WP Admin. Could this be a problem?

Ah, I saw jr_fx_disable_apply_online was set to 1 ... not sure why? is this added if job location is left blank perhaps? as I notice this job is ANYWHERE?

Anyway, I changed jr_fx_disable_apply_online to 0 and apply on-line button working. Please see if this is a bug.
