Enabling this option will block access to the resume section if the user does not have a subscription. Access will still be determined by your visibility settings on the settings page, e.g. if set to 'recruiters', only recruiters will be able to subscribe. To subscribe the user must be logged in.
Question: What if I want to Recruiters and Job Listers to have the ability to view resumes? What setting enables both parties to view resumes?
