Can Job Seekers also Post a Job?

My JobRoller site is in a market where the job seekers, once hired, sometimes also need to post jobs. So rather than having them need to create 2 accounts (one as a Job Seeker and one as a Job Poster) it would be great if they could also post jobs. Is this possible with the current theme? If not would it require extensive coding to implement?
