Can not upload cv's using mobiles or tablets

Hi there, I have upgraded to the latest jr version and use jobsapp 2.2.3.

I have recently been getting reports that our candidates can not send there cv's when applying with a phone or tablet.

I have checked it out and they are right, on the ipad it only lets you upload a photo or video and on my phone when you try browse for your cv nothing happens.

I have checked it our with and without the child theme loaded and the problem is still the same.

This is a problem for me as I plug the mobile website a lot so I need to get this working asap.

Can you help me fix this please
