    Can you explain how the Tags are supposed to work with Jobroller?

    I have worked a lot with Vbulletin and tags are just randomly chosen by the person posting. With Jobroller it has me set them up, but what's the point? I do not see them as an option at any point of posting an ad. Can you explain the reason behind setting up particular tags?
