    can't adjust submit-job-form.php in child theme

    I've been using my own child theme to make style, layout, and text customizations. Just upgraded to 1.1 and have coped the submit-job-form.php file into my child theme (in the correct directory path) but when I change something in that file it doesn't appear. Is there a reason why these include files are not updating if coped and changed as part of a child theme? thanks
