Can't select all categories for job plans or custom form plans

Hi ,

I have made a custom form and a pricing plan for posting jobs.
However,I have 9000 categories and have to apply them to each and it means that I have to check 9000 boxes.
I have managed to get around this but the system will not allow me to apply every category to my job plan or custom form.
Only 3000 ish categories can have the plan applied to a job pack or custom form.
what is the solution and how can I apply the job plan or custom form to every category?
