Change Permalinks. Having problem.

I am having an issue with the Resume permalink. Can someone kindly help? The name of the person in the permalinks does not appear just a number. Here is an example of how it looks:

http://www.mysite.com/resumes/58964f830ce213345

and I would like it to look like on the demo, like this:

http://www.mysite.com/resumes/dave-paige

In the permalinks section I have changed to custom %postname% .Everything seems to be working fine with the Jobs permalinks just having an issue with the Resume permalinks

Im sure its a permission issue, please help.
