    Changing background color on header in 1.5

    I need to change the color of my header to match the new logo we are having developed for our website (www.nh-internships.net/wordpress)

    In previous posts I have read that you change this via the style pro blue php however I can't find this option anywhere. I just need to change it from the blue color it's at to a darker blue color, and only need to change the header blue background...no buttons or anything like that. I also read to change it in the style sheet but I can't find where in the style sheet to change the color.

    If someone could please help that'd be great
