Defining whether job should be sent for approval based on user role

The current behaviour on my jobroller site www.mahadum.com/scholarships is that anytime a job (scholarship in my case) is posted/submitted, the job is sent for approval. I want to be able to define whether a job should go live without requiring approval based on the role type of the user. For example, Authors and Editors shouldn't require their jobs to be reviewed and approved before they go live while jobs posted by Contributors should be sent for approval.

Is there a plugin or something that could help me define this based on user role?

I'm aware that I can set the 'Moderate Scholarship Listings:' option to No; but that would mean all postings will go live - I only want postings by certain user roles to go live. Jobs are not paid for.
