Email Job Alerts not working, can I have some advice please

I have quite a few people signed up to receive email job alerts but I have only just noticed that the feature is not working. I have read through the other posters who have had the same problem but can not see a fix.

I have tried the test email and that works fine but when I signed myself up to job alerts and then uploaded a job that suited me I received no email at all.

I have spoken with my hosting about email limits and they say the problem can not be fixed their end so I am asking you if you know what may be causing this or if it is a bug in the program that has now been fixed as quite a few people had the same issue.

Please can someone get back to me asap.
