    Fancybox slowing down site in IE?

    Hi guys, I just installed Jobroller and found the pages were very slow to load in IE8.

    After looking at the css I removed some fancybox code and the pages are now loading nice and fast!

    So now that I've removed fancybox, what exactly did it do and do we need it at all?
